Gelt pouches Craft these pouches using vellum paper—
it's tantalizingly see-through yet stiff enough to handle the weight of chocolate coins.
Rice paper tape (find it at cutetape.com) comes in a range of colors.
WHAT YOU DO 1. Cut a 4½×10-inch strip of vellum for each pouch. 2. Bring ends together to form
a loop and adhere with double-sided tape. 3. Pinch one end closed; fold a length of colored tape
lengthwise over the seam to seal. Trim if necessary. 4. Fill the pouch with gelt. Pinch the opening
closed in the opposite direction to form a triangular shape. Seal with tape as you did the first side.
